Whittington Design & Build makes it EASY!

Actually, building a client's dream house is often a complex project of balancing dream wish lists with budgets, yet leaving enough flexibility that owners can add the extras, now or in the future. We help our clients by eliminating the guesswork and the anxiety. WDB strives to keep the process simple and organized, so there are no surprises. We work with you to design in the features and quality that you want. This may mean adapting a design or feature, or using alternate materials.

In the Design & Build process, we work backwards from your overall project budget number. Start with your comfort level and your wish list, and our experts will present alternatives to capture your vision. WDB's project management process looks simple, but our experts rely on years of engineering and design know-how to bring it all together. When we make our house YOURS, we've succeeded in making your dream home or addition a reality.

As you know and have heard from horror stories of friends and relatives, the process of building a new home or renovation can be overwhelming.  Whittington Design & Build has developed a integrated approach called Project Relationship Management. Our integrated system keeps the project organized and moving forward smoothly through organized, efficient project guideposts.

WDB keeps the client in-the-loop as planning your dream house unfolds, from the design to permitting to construction phases. We take care of all the details so you don't have to. Some clients prefer to be very involved throughout the "birthing" process, while others are content to make only major approvals along the way. We can accommodate your wishes either way, and you can trust in WDB's engineering, design, and construction integrity.

Whittington Design/Build’s system keeps your project on time, on schedule, and on budget throughout the DESIGN, PERMITTING, and CONSTRUCTION. phases. We attend to all the details and keep you informed of details that may affect timetables or require minor change orders. Here are the critical decision points for client inputs and approval.
